Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of your purchase date. 

Once we receive your returns, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your exchange, refund, or store credit will be issued. Refunds take 3-5 business days to show in your account.  If we sent you an email with refund information, and you do not receive your funds, please contact your bank. Refunds and exchanges will not be honored on items damaged due to natural wear and tear or improper use.

Items unacceptable for return:

  • Sale items
  • Stickers and decals
  • Non-defective washed items
  • Non-defective worn items

Improper use & wear: washing, getting wet, cutting, etc.

Checkout with the $1.98 Re:do option for free unlimited returns on your order and send any of your order back for free if needed.

Didn't check out with Re:do? You can still start your return through the return portal and purchase a shipping label from them with discounted rate saving you time and money!
